Made for your order

Each TIAN SU bag is handcrafted to order by artisans in China. Please allow up to 10 business days after order confirmation for production.

Delivery to the United States

After dispatch, transit is estimated at 6–10 business days. Production and transit are separate stages; allow up to 20 business days in total under the current estimate. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Free US shipping

Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum purchase. We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States only.

Tracking and delays

We send tracking information when your order ships. If we cannot dispatch within the stated production period, we will notify you and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. Customs processing or carrier delays may affect transit; contact us if your shipment appears delayed or lost.

Delivery issues

Check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us promptly to request a correction. If your bag arrives damaged or incorrect, send your order number and a description of the problem. Photos can help us investigate. We will arrange an appropriate resolution without limiting your legal rights.

Cancellation

To request cancellation, contact us within 24 hours of confirmation. After that, cancellation may depend on production progress, without affecting your rights relating to shipping delays or eligible returns.
